Lifeteam Alert
members store their
personal health
data, including
information about
medical conditions
and allergies in a
secure database at
the Lifeteam Alert
Emergency Call
Center. The member
is given a
Lifeteam Alert
pendant, bracelet
or key ring
tag, along with
a car sticker,
house sticker
and a
plastic membership
card.
When a medical
crisis occurs,
emergency personnel
calls a phone number
printed on the
Lifeteam Alert tag
and the patient’s
medical information
is relayed by
trained
professionals
directly to
emergency personnel
at the scene of the
medical emergency or
to a hospital where
the patient is being
transported. The
Lifeteam Alert
Emergency Call
Center operates
24 hours-per-day,
365 days-per-year.
The Lifeteam
Alert program is a
service of Air Evac
Lifeteam, an air
ambulance provider
serving rural
America for more
than 20 years. As an
emergency health
care provider, Air
Evac recognized the
need for access to
valuable patient
medical information.
Lifeteam Alert is a
response to this
need.
The cost
is only $30
that includes a
one-time $15
set-up for anyone
who wants to enroll
in Lifeteam Alert.
After that you only
be required to pay
the annual $15
service fee to
provide the service
and maintain their
medical information.
Medical information
can be updated at
any time at no added
expense.
